Our Company

Established in 1999, NMN Properties, LLC, is a boutique size management company that strives to provide each resident with a quiet and safe community in which you will want to call home for a long

time. Being a bit smaller firm allows for NMN Properties, LLC to develop personal relationships and respond to your needs in a timely manner. As a tenant of NMN Properties, you are provided your own online portal that provides a streamlined experience for rent payment, maintenance requests, and communication.

Our communities range from six-plexes to 16-unit buildings and include a mix of both 1 and 2-bedroom units. Our locations include:

• Beautiful Windsor Hills, a residential neighborhood that is a 10-minute drive from the fabulous SOFI Stadium

• Baldwin Hills/Crenshaw, a neighborhood conveniently close to Culver City and an easy commute to Downtown, offering access to transportation and many services

Did you know? The Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza is a shopping mall located in the Baldwin Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. This was one of the first regional shopping centers in the United States built specifically for the automobile.
